She also has a strong passion for natural and holistic health, embracing sustainable and balanced living.
Cody Cammarata - Service Manager
Cody brings 14+ years of experience in Aged Care, Critical Care, and Disability Services, with a strong clinical and management background. Passionate about high-quality care, she supports participants and staff to live the life they choose. Outside work, Cody enjoys family time, swimming, and quiet nights in.
Mandy Black - Human Relationships Advisor
Mandy has been part of the Human Relationships field and the NDIS industry since 2020, bringing over 25 years of experience in administration, including a strong foundation in Legal Administration. Outside of work, she enjoys crocheting, drawing, and cherishing time with her family.
Cindy Kehoe - Administrative Assistant
Cindy has been working in the care industry for almost 6 years with a background in support work in aged care. She also brings over 13 years of Admin experience to the team with her roots in Legal Administration. Outside of work, she enjoys surfing waves on her long board, camping and watching movies with her husband.

Clint brings a diverse background in IT, fieldwork, and hands-on roles. With a Cert IV in IT and 7 years as an Environmental Monitoring Field & Systems Technician, he joined the team in 2024 to oversee and optimise our IT systems. Known for his exceptional problem-solving skills and proactive approach, Clint thrives on tackling challenges, whether technical or practical, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the board.
Fernanda De Souza - Customer Care Officer
Fernanda is committed to delivering exceptional support to all new and existing participants. With a genuine passion for helping others, she strives to meet clients’ needs with both care and efficiency. Outside of work, she enjoys bouldering and playing the guitar, constantly exploring new ways to stay active and tap into her creativity.
Tara Smith - Payroll & Accounts Clerk
Tara is committed to ensuring smooth financial operations by managing accounts and payroll, working with care and efficiency to help keep our team and services running seamlessly. Outside of work, Tara enjoys playing piano and guitar, as well as spending time outdoors.
Georgina Azzarelli - Administrative Assistant
Georgie has been in volunteer work for over 18 years, 7 of which included assisting as a Care Worker in Aged Care, and 2 years of experience in Accounts Administration work. When she's not working, Georgie enjoys going for a stroll with the family dog, likes turning old furniture into new and also loves playing sport.
